The challenges facing the country is from both the successive administrations and western donors. The two operate on some form of verbally agreed principles that frustrates the local independent stakeholders and who are immensely critical to both. The two collaborators have created their own consultants, think tank and whose research findings are confined to the donor’s tailor-made interests. Both make budget provision public but which are largely predetermined as to who would benefit. The budget provisions are purely imaginary and prone to misappropriations. Any independent scholar challenging the budget management has always been dismissed at face value. Therefore, many concerned citizens have directly approached us to undertake this research for clarification. In consideration of this, Fartaag Research & Consulting provides with an in-depth understanding on the country’s budget and administrative management, confirming glaring irregularities between the successive federal governments and the donor communities. It further attempts to demystify lies dissipated throughout the years that the western donors were aiding the successive federal administrations with budget support.
